Our History
After purchasing the building where Gravity is now located, the RedWater team remodeled the space, taking inspiration from gastropubs on the West Coast.
One of the first gastropub-style restaurants in Grand Rapids, we’re proud to say Gravity has been a community staple since opening in 2014, and has come to be a spot craft beer lovers gather to celebrate friends, family, and great beer.
What We’re Known For
Having 64 taps of beer, cider, seltzer, and draft cocktails means we needed a vast variety of bites to enjoy, no matter what you’re craving that day. Our menu features an eclectic selection of comfort food dishes with a Midwestern spin that you’ll have trouble choosing between.
Appetizers include classics like Gravity beer cheese and pretzel bites, our signature hand-crafted loaded tots with cilantro-lime crema, savory shrimp and mussels in creamy bacon broth, and crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and maple-bourbon dijon.
